If your order shows any sign of damage, manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, send us a mail at saaz.jaipur@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @saazjaipur within 36 hours of delivery. - Show Us the Sparkle (or the damage!)
Please include your order confirmation screenshot and an unedited unboxing video—this helps us understand what went wrong and how to fix it fast. - What Happens Next?
Once we verify the issue, we’ll gladly offer a store credit or send a replacement, depending on product availability and your preference.

Our jewelry and accessories are delicate, handcrafted with love, and designed to be uniquely yours. That’s why we do not accept returns or process monetary refunds.
All approved cases will be issued store credit only, valid for future purchases at Saaz Jaipur.
